A System to Get Rid of Acne and Other Allergic Skin …

www.therenegadehealthshow.com – This is more of a system than a protocol… There are many herbs and treatments for acne and allergic skin reactions, but there is a system that you can use no matter what treatment you choose that will still yield results. I think highly of systematic self-diagnosis (or with a practitioner) because when you use one, you can step by step identify what is working and what is not. If you don’t use a system, you may end up not knowing what is causing the issue …

Lyme disease is actually linked to increased acne. I have Lyme too.

because all raw foodists are healthy and happy all the time, it’s so depressing to me because I’m not a raw foodist.

You seem pretty high on life… like if life is coke. You are high on it. But I like the video and you are very knowledgeable. But you seem pretty crazy… you know, in a good way. Woah

proactiv does not work at all! You will never cure your acne by washing your face and using topical treatments….don’t be fooled.

Until you change your diet you will struggle with acne.

I cured my acne by following the “Acne Cured” program.

This is the only thing that ever worked for me, PERIOD.

I work at a night club and wasn’t sure but I’m wondering if alcohol causes breakouts cuz this struggle for a cure is exhausting me. I work out, have little stress, i wash my skin but not aggressively. I’m in theater and I don’t have breakouts really anywhere but my chin area so I don’t think makeup does it cuz I use silicon base which is better than mineral. But I went on a vacation for 2 weeks with no makeup and it was worse than ever throughout the trip. I think liquor may be doing it.

Kevin…i need your help. I don’t have bad acne, but when it comes on, it’s the cystic type around my mouth that’s there for 2 weeks. I cut out caffeine over a yr ago, I’ve been off dairy for over a month, I take zinc tablets which slows oil production. But last week I drank 1 glass of OJ and 2 hrs later i got 1 zit and 3 small ones around mouth. Didn’t think it was oj but i had another glass the next day and another one. So I lessened my acid intake. Now on sat, i got another one…what’s up

takes too long and if you have acne before and didnt just start to notice it like you then this would work for noone!

Good video Kevin! I use the same system basically. I will eliminate certain things in my diet for awhile and see if it clears up and then reintroduce and see if the symptom comes back. Dairy was a big culprit for me! I personally think that the krill oil is causing your breakout. I say that because my forhead was clear and I took a bit of cod liver oil and I broke out just like you! I think too much fat/oil in the diet can cause acne. The people of Papua New Guinea eat low fat and are acne free!

I eat too much ice cream and I can’t stop and I have acne, for the last couple years, but I think the main reason is dairy (which I am addicted to) and my lack of exercise because that is the main lifestyle factor that has changed for me. I used to work out like a madwoman…I suffer now from a back injury though, so getting back into cardio is going to be tough and painful.

and good tips on the skin issue. our body really reflects what we eat. i used to notice i’d have red bloodshot eyes a lot and since going vegan that has completely vanished. the whites of my eyes are much brighter and healthier.. and the rest of my body is happier too :)

haha that picture is totally ironic, i def. agree. but buying locally is a good thing too.
