Product Description
Hi everybody, I’m Dan. 12 years ago I started Acne .org to share a regimen that I discovered with the world. Acne .org is a community-based web site with message boards and a huge supportive community. I do not advertise and there is no cost to the user. Acne .org is completely self-supported by the selling of our products, which I make sure are the very highest quality and at affordable prices. But you do not have to order my products to use the site or to follow the regimen. I teach you how to use simple products you can get at your local drugstore as well.

I suffered for years with acne and tried everything. Like many of you have probably experienced as well, nothing worked. So I went to work researching everything I possibly could about acne (I’m a bit obsessive-compulsive) and after years of trial and error I found a treatment routine that cleared me up completely. I was elated to have found something that worked. Shortly thereafter I was inspired a book I read by Deepak Chopra which talked about giving whatever you can to the world and asking for nothing in return. So I did just that. I made a web site called Acne .org and posted the step-by-step regimen that I followed. For the first 6 years I didn’t make any products. I just told everyone which products to by at the drugstore and how to use them. That’s the thing with The Regimen at Acne .org. It’s about the process as much as it is about the products. You absolutely do not have to buy my products to get clear. You can get everything you need over-the-counter at any drugstore. What you have to do, however, no matter where you get your supplies, is follow the step-by-step process of The Regimen. Pretty much everyone who follows it closely gets clear–even many people with severe cases of acne. I post all of the steps on Acne .org. Just click on “Get Clear” and you will find all the instructions you need. It’s simple but very detailed. I really hope this helps guys. Let me know what you think.

I bought this product to deal with some mild acne around my chin. I also get the occasional painful cyst-type acne (I am in my mid 20′s and this is a recent development).I have pretty sensitive dry/normal combo skin and other treatments I have tried have just made me peely and flaky.

I have been using the treatment for a month. At first the treatment was a little drying so I went to using it every other night and now I am applying it every night following it up with moisturizer. My skin is DEFINITELY clearer. The product is easy to apply, soaks into your skin pretty quickly and is unscented (a huge plus!) It is still a little irritating everyonce in awhile but I have not had any ridiculous peeling/redness. I’m still not sure how it will be under my makeup wearing it all day.

Overall, I am impressed with this product, it has helped out my skin!

I have been using this for about a month. Actually, I use it along with the proactiv cleanser because I happen to have a lot of that cleanser. I like this more than the proactiv repairing lotion. My skin is pretty hardy (I have been using pretty harsh products for about 10 years), and the acne.org treatment does not make my face red or dry (I do not use lotion with it, though I have it…maybe I will start…) Since I have been using this I haven’t gotten a single new pimple (knock on wood).

These products are not ground breaking, b/c I have used very similar products in the past, but his prescribed regimen is. After eliminating my harsh 5% bp and sticking w/ DK’s advice for 3 days, my skin has finally started to turn around. I am quite surprised that a gentler bp is doing a better job than my stronger treatments. Even perpetual under the skin bumps, that wouldn’t budge, are finally packing up and heading out.

I must mention that I am not using it exactly as prescribed. Applying BP prior to adding moisturizer was too irritating for me. My current routine is first DK cleanser, then Moisturize (Decleor Iris Night Balm), add a light layer of DK’s AHA all over, then spot w/ DK’s BP to trouble areas. No irritation, only results.

This is gentle enough. I have sensitive skin, so at first I only used it every other night (for about 2 weeks, in which I already noticed some clearing). Now I use it every night (only) and that’s enough. No strong odor or funky texture. Just use white pillowcases and crappy shirts to sleep so nothing precious gets bleached.

I was so depressed when I was using Neutrogena’s 2.5% benzoyl peroxide because my face would always be a dry, peeling, flaky mess no matter what moisturizer I used!! This product is much better. It is still drying, as any B.P. treatment is going to be, but it just glides on so much smoother and is considerably less drying. I get a little bit of dryness but not the peeling, awful-looking skin I had. On top of all of this, it works wonderfully! I feel like my skin actually looks not only clearer but healthier and more vibrant!
