All salicylic acid does to your face is dry it out. Benzoyl peroxide is the substance that helps treat the pimple.
Also, cleansing the face contributes to the pimples because your basically spreading them across your face. You touch one and distribute them to other spots. Use the medication perscribed to you by your doctor.

and i need to tell you guys that used benzoyl peroxide,your not supposed to put benzoyl peroxide on a pimple,your supposed to massage it all over your entire face,even where you dont have acne ,until it absorbed into your pores

u can get rid of pimples by buying antibacterial soap and wash ur face dailt once u wash ur face just use some clearasil pads morning and night and in 3 days they should be gone
