How do I get rid of this pimple on my upper lip quickly?

I have a really annoying/ hurting pimple on my upper lip. How do I get rid of it as quickly as possible? I’m going on vacation with my friends in a few days, and I want it to be gone by then. Any suggestions? Home remedies, anything? Thanks!

    It may sound Crazy but tooth paste right on the pimple for a couple of hours actually helps it go down a great deal.

    Long term wise if you steam your face and wash it with whatever cleanser works for you ( for me st ives is the best) and then close your pores with cold water it works wonders. The next day you may not like how you look the steam bring all the impurities to the surface but over the next few days your face will look awsome. Dont over steam your face to often either you’ll dry out your face.
