This is what I’m trying to get across to people. Just eat right and you’ll stay clear from like 99% of diseases. I’ve not been sick in over 5 years (except for mono)… Good food kicks butt

i completely agree with this guy. a good liver cleanse is a brilliant way to help out your skin in the long run as well. basically if you’re treating your body badly, and are unhealthy, you’re probably going to look like shit on the outside. i would recommend getting supplements, i’ve been taking zinc, cod liver oil, vit. D, B, C . Magical. seriously.

Yes you are right. Ever since i started taking Herbal supplements and cleansing my body my acne is going away and my Eczema is as well. Most people think its an external problem and think a cream can make it go away. How can you expect to look healthy if you aren’t?

Dr. Mark Hyman is right! Also if you apply fresh raw aloe vera gel on your skin twice a day for a couple weeks your skin will start to heal and you wont get acne anymore! Aloe Vera is natures miracle skin potion. USE IT!

cutting out ALL dairy is bad. in fact, fresh yogurt has bacteria that help cleanse and clean the digestive tract. Cheeses and milks that are high in fat are bad though. Try plain sugarless yogurt, and 1%/Skim milk instead

I got rid of acne by visiting a good dermatologist. I know that eating fat chocolate or salami(pork) or cola (sugar) produces acne. Drinking green tea helps.

But don’t give in to all those products, ask your doctor first or get prescribed medicines and treatments for acne. Check to see if you can use proactive, Cleanse and Clean, and all those other products because applying them on to your skin to make it worse. Otherwise, try it out and experiment!

Lol, you guys this guy is right. Food and diet does effect your acne, so drink lots of water and avoid foods that contain oils and fats. Don’t forget hygiene, remember the key thing is to cleanse your skin with soap and water…that’s pretty much all you need. If its severe i recommend using antibacterial soap but chemicals can make it worse for some of you. Our skin is unique, they all require different methods and react in different ways, guys surprisingly proactive works for some of us.

acne is based on eating a healthy diet and exercise. it’s actually very simple to get rid of once you understand nutrition.
