How to keep a pimple from turning into a whitehead?

I have several pimples on my cheeks/jaw/chin area that never seem to go away. I really want them gone fast, but everything I use, seems to turn the pimple into an unsightly whitehead and stays that way for several days. Eventually the whitehead turns back into a pimple, but they never go away completely. I don’t want to go buy something so if you know of any good tricks or tips, that would be helpful. Thanks in advance :)

    The whitehead is the best part! I just *love* it when a pimple is matured to the point where I can squeeze it and shoot white goo all over the bathroom mirror.

    Well, you’ll probably have to buy something if you want then to go away. I use Clean and Clear and it works pretty well.

    well, first of all, the white pus is gross. ‘shoot it all over the mirror?” GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i always have a million pimples……..thats what they do….u gotta get treatment….or use toothpaste ive heard.
