How to make a Pimple come to a head on the tip of my nose?

I have a tender spot on the tip of my nose…I just have this feeling it is gonna be a huge pimple. It is a little red. What can I do to make it go away completely or speed up the process?

    Tea tree oil.

    put a lil ice on it to calm it down

    dry it out by dabbing a little toothpaste on it, that way the oil will be removed and it won’t become a pimple.

    This shouldnt be recommended but you should try out the product called acne no more.the product page is down.i havnt bought it yet. but i have heard great review about it.
