i did this years ago when i was a pimply kid & yes there are some benefits. BUT, for 1 thing, use a BATH towel, NOT a hand towel to drape over your head. (You don’t need Einstein to tell you that the idea is to catch the rising steam)
#2 – Boil water and then pour it to bathroom sink or a bowl at a table. DO NOT STAND OVER A HOT STOVE
#3 adding herbs will enhance the experience – differents herbs for different skin types
#4 cold water after closes pores
#5 astringent

Ok. Want to know what works? NOT THIS.
This opens your pores which makes it easier for dirt and unclean cells to get into your skin causing more acne.
Want to know what else doesnt work. Clearasil. It contains chemicals which clog the pores even more. It works for a few people but not for most. A complete waste of money.

so if you are clutes and do fell like brunong you self just in to the bathroom put extrmley hot water in the sink then lean over for 15 min then dip the cloth in and ring it out and put on you face for 5 min it really works

this is supper dangerous. if you use really hot water && put it on the cloth & then immediately put it on ur face it also opens ur pores. that why they say its best to wash your face in the shower becuase of the hot water & steam opens your pores and the medicine can get deep down into you skin :]
