All these remedy’s are not overnight cure but you see results after 2 to 3 months.

how about for the people who eat very healthy, you realize at least 50% of people with acne get so fed up they go healthy with their diet. Its more about genes then diet. My father had it bad, and passed it on to me. Straight forward.

  19. sleightEdge Says:

Hi philippinegril13, yes it does work, as long as you eat enough fruit and vegetables, and less sweets and other refined and processed foods. Ideally eat just all fruit and vegetables, and a little nuts and seeds if you want.

    Thanks doc!
I strongly agree we must begin the healing process from the inside. The body and mind have the capability to heal, if we pay attention to nutrition. I recently went to the dermathologist and he said, well, well,.. lets try this new drug for rosacea,.. and it had lots of side effects,… Instead of doing that I gave myself the chance to get aware of all the food dissorders in which I was incurring the wrong habits. Im certainly getting stronger and better.
    Cheers
