THE ACID FROM THIS PRODUCT BURNED MY FACE. I LOOK LIKE A BURN VICTIM. IT’S BEEN A WEEK SINCE I STOPPED USING IT, AND MY FACE IS STILL RED, SWOLLEN, ITCHY, AND BLOCHY. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOOK LIKE ME!!!! I LOOK HORRIBLE.

I have really liked this product. I have found that there is slight discomfort in some situations, and there can be minor eye irritation if the product is applied carelessly, but I think these are really just testaments to the stopping power of the gel.
What’s important to remember is that each individual’s reaction to a given salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide solution can be very different, so while I’ll admit that outcomes like those mentioned here are possible, they certainly aren’t the norm. My use of the product has yielded fast and noticable results, so I would definitely recommend it.
For those that are still worried, I would have to say that consulting a doctor is the safest course of action, and that perhaps one could test a small area of his or her face upon receipt of the product instead of engaging in profligate and careless application.
Overall, I give it an A.

I bought this product a few days ago.. it really smooths out the skin nicely (almost instantly) and it sooths inflamed pimples. Unlike the Shiseido brand which seems to inflame the skin even more, this one feels very nice on the skin. My 6 pimples I had on my head are practically gone. You really should try this if you want pimples gone fast, because it seems to be working for me.

This product is very strong, but it works. I found that I need to use just a little on zits. I tried putting it on acne scars and it did make me break out. It is very strong and works very well when used as intended.

I don’t have especially sensitive skin, but when I apply this product I only feel a slight tingling sensation. It seems to help the acne that pops up on my face go away more quickly.
