wow awesome
What about your pore sizes?? I know acne scars will diminish over time, but pores would not change their sizes. I have big pores and this is my main concern with the make up. Even without any dark spot, big pores can make me look really bad…
i have mederma and i havent seen a difference on my acne scars. i havent been using it as instructed, ive only been using it at night. you’re supposed to apply like 3 times a day for a couple of months, and that is something i cannot commit too because its not wearable under make up.when you apply mederma it turns to a plastic-y finish and if you try to put foundation over it, it just peels right off. it reminds me of clear glue.
Thanks for the advice on face wash but 6.99 to 8.99 is avg price on those too. I am on budget but look for GV – Generic Value. Walmart,Target (my favorite gv for clean & clear) like 2.99 so you save 4 or 5 bucks…
I did want to tell that I found something that is helps my scars. I when to Whole Foods in Old Town Pasadena on Foothill Blvd close to the bestbuy and they have great ALPHA BETA *vitamin a complex with natural herbals to do facial peel this stop breaks and faded scars.
Hey just to say since watching this video 4 weeks ago my skin has changed so much! the only time I have broken out is when my skin was it was my time of month and my generally looks brighter, clearer pores! My red scars are still here unfortunately but I know I just have to be patient and have started using bio-oil so am going to see how that goes.Thank you so much! When you do have breakouts what do you use to get rid of them, ie do you use spot treatments like netrogena spot gel
What I can recommend is: Drink enough water (acne is like the big brother of dry skin), moisturise, use natural cosmetics (f.e. mineral powder), a mild facial wash, exfoliate 2-3 times/week, try facial masks and never ever go to bed wearing your make up. ^_^
Scars fade over time — over many months, so your scars are healing with time, not Mederma. If you look at Mederma’s claims, it says that the “onion bulb extract” is what fades your scars. Onion bulbs have nothing in them that actually reduces scars…
It follows the “If your friend jumps off a bridge, would you?” kind of thing. Do what YOU think is necessary. Don’t even follow my advice if you think it’s a bit too rough to exfoliate more than once or twice, it is eventually up to you, (:
Do not waste your money on Maderma. So many people on YouTube are saying it reduces scars, but it’s a total advertising scam. Maderma (and those other “scar” creams) have *no* scar-reducing ingredients. Ask any dermatologist and they will tell you that the only ingredients that can reduce scarring are retinol and hydroquinone.
i work at walgreens with soooo many neutrogena, olay, cetaphil, and ponds products… its nice to know which ones are good!
i have tried cetaphil and i like it! and the neutrogena transparent bar soap is pretty good too.
The Olay one isn’t abrasive at all – about a 3! – the exfoliating beads are really small and soft. The Neutrogena one, though is a bit rough – I would say a 7 – f it’s too rough, try scrubbing with your ring fingers, I do that sometimes when I have a sunburn on my face.

depending on your skin rough washes with beads can aggravate your skin. Its best to use non beady treatments, like cetaphil and other smooth products

try bio oil or vitimin E oil for acne scars

If you’re sensitive to mineral oil, then it might clog your pores; I don’t find anything wrong when I’m using it and I love it!

some people say that you should only exfoliate once or twice a week at max though…
