What could a small painless pimple-like bump on the very tip of the nose that has been there for years?

Its been their since I’ve entered puberty. Its not a pimple which everyone believes, and popping it does nothing other than turn it into a cut then it reappears after a while.

Im planning on seeing a dermitologist in a while, but I know others have had them, wondering if somone could save me time with a diagnosis if they’ve ever had it.

I have moderate acne and a few acne scars on my face, chest, back, and shoulders. I am in serious need of the best acne treatment out there. Please help!
