What are some ways to help get rid of a pimple scar?

once my pimples go away, they leave a huge scar where the pimple one was. i was wondering it products like neosporin will work? what other remedies have you tired that worked?

    Try some scare erasing ointments like Medaderm.

    DON’T use neosporin. They have scar lightening gels at most stores like Walgreens. They tend to work if you use them religiously. Unfortunately, they can last for years. They get way more faint. I used to have terrible acne, and when I get older, like 17 on, it went away. You just have to wait for your hormones to die down. The scar lightening gel worked well, but I stopped using them. I used a generic from walgreens, found in the skin care aisle or first aid, I can’t remember. I still have faint remnants, but i’m older now, they are very very faint and it doesn’t bother me anymore :)

    Mederma and Vitamin E Oil will help a scar fade away. Neosporin won’t really help if you already have the scar, it only helps to prevent one.
