    concerning cetaphil’s cleanser.
what r the instructions for its use cz the back says something along the lines of the following- you wet ur face, dispense the product (as most cleansers go) and then it says to remove it with a towel, but at the same time, you have to leave a thin layer of the product on.

i personally didn’t get this product thinking that if i didn’t use it properly, i would break out so what r ur suggestions? cz doesn’t leaving it on just keep the bacteria on ur skin?

I love dermalogica but I use murad and it sometimes works and sometimes if you use the exfoliating gel too much, it can get worse! But thanks for the vid.

visit my blog if you haven’t yet, you’ll find heaps of stuff on there that will help. Also consider chaning your dermatologist and keeping them informed of all the side effects you’ve had from medication.

  10. highonhealth Says:

Yeah if your skin is REALLY dry then any moisturizer will sting.

  11. goldengoodas Says:

the cetaphil moisturizer burned when i put it on i think because my skin was dried out and it felt like it just burned instead of southing

  12. highonhealth Says:

Murad uses a combo of hydrogen peroxide and salicylic acid. I haven’t tried them myself but I think this product would work best on oily skin types. Be cautious if you have sensitive and/or dry skin because it may just irritate your spots.

I’ve used toners on and off in the past but never have noticed enough difference in my skin to keep up with them. I have dry skin though.

  14. xXxstarfacexXx Says:

do you like toners? i’m greek and my skin can be pretty oily so i was told to use a toner along with a cleanser and moisturizer. do you find they work for you if you use them? and what kinds do you use?

  15. glendalec Says:

what do u think about the murad acne treatment?

  16. highonhealth Says:

Yep, the OCM is strange that way, it either works REALLY well or clogs pores. Cetaphil may be a good option for you because it’s got non-comedogenic written all over it and it’s advertised as a good one for acne prone skin.

  17. springflowerz Says:

the oil cleansing method clogged my pores so much….so i don’t know about the natural hydrating day cream because it contains oils =(((

  18. love2bestowe Says:

I was thinking about buying Cetaphil, but now I am defiantly going to buy it.
