What’s this pimple on my chest that turn to a pimple with blood clogged under called?

what’s this thing that was a pimple now seems like a pimple with blood under call? and can anyone please tell me anyone natural remedies for it?
it doesn’t hurt or anything but feels hard it I press it. and like i said is it possible to be dried blood?

    You have a cyst. Always shower after workouts and spray yourself with mineral water if you have been sweating. Don’y pick the skin.

    Use salicylic acid on it. Neutrogena makes a really good body wash.
